Simply put - the Connectv Skateboarder is a game, skateboard and games console all-in-one, just plug the unit into your TV, hop on the board and start playing in seconds! The game enables two player battles to be played as well as single player gaming. Players score points by performing tricks, and using apparatus in the game such as grind rails and half pipes to maximise their score. The player who performs the most daring, outrageous and technical tricks will score highest and win! The game has several difficulty levels, so is ideal for those just learning to skate - players will have the choice of a number of different skate parks to ride and various characters to control. The game also has a number of hidden levels that players can unlock when they win certain tournaments! An interactive real wooden board takes the game to a new level of playability where no other game has gone before. The unit incorporates a hand held remote that is used to control menu options and set up screens and when in game mode players use this device to change the style of their tricks (i.e. adding a grab).
